So, I started the P90 today. I decided I was going to take the challange and start with their 6 day fat burning start. The 30 minute workout was intense, and I thought I was dying by the end of it. After my shower I was feeling pretty good, but now it has been a few hours after the initial workout, and my legs, chest, and shoulders are starting to hurt. Even my fingers are starting to hurt. I don’t even remeber working those! lol. Ohh well we will see what tomrrow brings. =)

We have been working hard playing with the backend of our website to make it easier for our viewers to navigate. The new look is coming together well, and I think everyone will very exited about the result when we make it live!
So, after trying to figure out how to get back in shape I decided on the p90 system. I thought about going up to the p90x, but I think it might be just a little to much for me right now. Maybe after completing the p90 I will be ready for the p90x. We will have to wait and see. Now I start the waiting game. P90 should be here in 7-10 days.
